NetShroud Information Security
NetShroud, founded in 2001,
is a boutique InfoSec consulting firm and security product developer headquartered in picturesque Los Gatos, California.
Through our consulting practice, we partner with IT managers
to meet their responsibility to protect their intellectual
property and customer data, and keep their critical network infrastructure
running. We also help hardware and software developers evaluate the
security of their product offerings.
Additionally, NetShroud offers patent-pending technology
through our HomeScan product line. NetShroud HomeScan integrates with
automated vulnerability scanning tools to enable vulnerability scanning of
dynamic remote devices, particularly the computers of VPN users connecting
to the corporate network through a broadband DSL or cable modem connection.
We believe
in the philosophy that automated vulnerability assessment is a crucial
component of an Enterprise InfoSec regimen. We also believe that to
secure the Internet, home PC users must play an important role.
To this end,
NetShroud is committed to expanding the vulnerability assessment market by
developing synergies between leading information security product companies
including VA service providers and technology vendors, Personal Firewall
providers, VPN providers, and home broadband router vendors.
We are actively pursuing integration licensing partnerships
with companies who share the vision that InfoSec Professionals and IT
Administrators must take a proactive approach to securing the total
Enterprise.
